Gloves
Training gloves: everything under control
If you train with barbells, dumbbells or kettlebells, you need a particularly secure grip. Especially during hard training sessions with heavy loads, when you really work up a sweat. Because wet hands are the last thing you need:
- You then run the risk of the free weights slipping out of your fingers and injuring yourself.
- Gloves can also be useful against calluses and protect you from the unpleasant burning sensation in your hands when the ridges of the dumbbell handles repeatedly dig into the skin on the palm of your hand.
- Some longer glove models also offer the option of reinforcing the wrists by wrapping and tightening the Velcro strap.
