Gloves 10 OZ
The term "OZ" means "ounces" and indicates the weight of boxing gloves. One ounce contains about 28.35 grams. And: the higher the number of ounces, the heavier and more padded the gloves are.
Overview of ounces = weight of boxing gloves
Children: 6 to 8 OZ
Women: 10 OZ or 10 M OZ if they have very small hands
On the bag: bag gloves

The ounces depend on the weight class of the boxer and the intended use. They become proportionally larger the higher the ounces.
These weight estimates are purely indicative and are intended to provide a theoretical reference point.
The choice of glove size also depends on the intended use of the glove (intensity, frequency and type of training) or the level of protection you want (the heavier the glove, the more layers of foam will protect the fist).
