Shipping

Your order will be processed as quickly as possible and sent by the shipping service provider Swiss Post.

You can choose your delivery address independently of your billing address.

You can find out the availability of our products on the respective product page. If it is determined upon receipt of the order that the ordered goods are no longer available, we can either offer you an equivalent product, conveniently resend the products to you or cancel the order if desired.

Shipping costs

We only deliver to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Shipping abroad is possible by arrangement and against payment.

The Swiss Post charges the following for delivery per order:

A Post: 9.90 CHF (excluding individual items and bulky goods, e.g. punching bags)

Free shipping for orders over: 100.00 CHF

General items over 30kg or over 1 meter: approx. 95.00 CHF

Bulky goods up to 30kg and under 1 meter: approx. 32.50 CHF

Delivery by freight forwarder

Very large products or items weighing over 30 kg are transported by freight forwarder. In this case, the transport costs charged are CHF 95.00.

Bulky goods deliveries by the Swiss Post. Items with a length of over 100 cm, shipments with 2 dimensions over 60 cm must be sent as bulky goods. Flat rate CHF 32.50.

You will receive the shipping date with the delivery confirmation. If there are any delays, we will notify you immediately. If we do not receive any other instructions from you, we will always send your order in one delivery.

If the shipment is sent by a freight company, they will contact you by phone a few days after receiving your shipment and will agree a delivery date with you. Please note that freight company deliveries are only made to the first closed, ground-level door/curb.

If the delivery is made by a freight company, access must also be guaranteed to the first lockable front door with a truck. If direct delivery is not possible, the last few meters must either be covered at your own expense or a new appointment must be arranged for an additional charge.

Self-collection

It is possible to collect punching bags, bulky items, etc. yourself from the branches. Items must be carried to the vehicle and loaded yourself.

Please note that punching bags are large and heavy. We recommend that you come in pairs and have an appropriate vehicle (sufficient loading space). And that the load is properly secured.

Bern: Pedestrian zone, entry permitted until 11 a.m., after that entry only with special permission. Typical Bernese basement shop. There is a steep staircase at the entrance, so you should be fit and strong.

St. Gallen: Right of way by car possible at any time. Parking in front of the shop.
