Methods of payment

Prepayment

You transfer the order value to our bank account.

In the case of prepayment, the customer transfers the invoice amount that was communicated to him by email.

Important: Please always state the order number and your name as the intended purpose. Your delivery will only leave our warehouse after payment has been received.

PayPal

With PayPal, every company and every private customer with an email address can send and receive payments online safely, conveniently and inexpensively. This is due to the special way in which our payment concept is linked to bank accounts and credit cards. Our network thus provides a global real-time payment solution.

Purchase on account with Swissbilling by CembraPay AG

Swissbilling has established itself as one of the leading online payment providers in Switzerland for the popular payment methods of purchase on account, installment payment and direct debit in the internationally growing e-commerce market.

Cash

When picking up the products in the store, you can of course pay in cash. Please note that we can only accept Swiss francs.

MasterCard

You pay for the goods with your MasterCard. Note: The credit card will be charged even if the goods are not yet available at the time of the order. In the event of a cancellation, we will transfer the amount back to your credit card or record the amount as a credit in your customer account.

V Pay

V Pay, alongside VISA Electron, was introduced in Europe in 2006 as a chip and PIN-based debit card and is based on EMV technology and can be used both in retail and at ATMs in Europe. When paying in national retail, the customer is not charged any fees. This payment method is only available in our branches.

Visa

You pay for the goods with your VISA credit card. Note: The credit card will be charged even if the goods are not yet available at the time of the order. In the event of a cancellation, we will transfer the amount back to your credit card or record the amount as a credit in your customer account.

PostFinance & Post E-Finance

As a Post E-Finance customer, you can use your yellow Direct ID or log into your e-banking via the post office and transfer the amount immediately. Alongside Mastercard & Visa, this is the cheapest and fastest payment method. There are no fees and your order will be shipped as quickly as possible.

Twint

TWINT offers users the option of storing cards from various customer loyalty programs within the TWINT app. The relevant information is transmitted with every payment and you automatically benefit from the loyalty program with every purchase. You can pay via QR code in the branches or in our online store.
