Within 14 days of receipt, you can return items easily and simply, generally at your own expense. After this period, returns are no longer possible.
Please note that we cannot accept returns of food / supplements due to food safety; returns are primarily fashion items and accessories. If the product is defective due to delivery, the product can be exchanged.
We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving your package.
1. Returns - step by step

1.1 Please first report the return in your customer account under "Your customer area".
1.2 Click on "History and details of your order"
1.3. Then select the order from which you would like to return something, click on "Details".
1.4. Select the product you would like to return and state the reason for the return.
1.5. As soon as all fields have been filled in correctly, you can "Request the return slip".
1.6. We will then confirm the return and you can print out the return slip under Return of Goods
1.7. You will receive an email informing you of the progress.
2. Pack your items
Simply put the items in the package and stick a shipping label on the package. Returns must be sent to the following address:

3. Submit your return
Take your package to a branch or to the Swiss Post.
4. Receive your refund
It is best to keep the return receipt issued. After receiving the package, we will credit the purchase amount within 14 days.

Team Viking promotes conscious ordering, the environment is very important to us. A flat rate of CHF 10.00 will be deducted from your refund. We use this to compensate for the CO2 emissions of your return.
