Within 14 days (EU citizens) and 8 days (Switzerland and Principality of Liechtenstein) after receipt, you can order items conveniently and easily, generally on own costs, send it back again. After this period has expired, it is no longer possible to return the product.

 

Please note that we do not grant exchanges for the following products:

-         Articles whose Packaging has been opened and/or damaged, labels that have been torn off were.

-         Articles that are not authorised for reasons of health protection or hygiene (Food, mouthguard, groin guard, underwear, socks/ankle protectors/braces, compression clothing etc...) are not suitable for return and whose Seal has been removed after delivery.

-         Articles, in particular items of clothing, which are already worn we can neither accept returns nor refund the amount. Please do not send anything back to us if you have already worn it or if it has been washed.

-         Please note that martial arts equipment (boxing gloves, shoes, bandages, pads etc...) is wear and tear material. It can only be exchanged if it is not used or there is a clear material or production defect.

-         Please note that due to the Food safety no food / supplements the products that can be returned are primarily fashion items and accessories. If the product is defective due to the delivery, the product can be exchanged.

-         Articles from the category Sale, Promotional goods or cannot be taken back.

 

We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

Then first go to your Customer area:

Click on the order you wish to return:

And then go to "Request a return":

Please let us know in the returns form if you are returning a Credit note or a Refund would like
and the Quantity of articles, that you would like to return:

We also need the Reason your return:

If you like, you are welcome to leave us a message in the Comment for the return.

Finally, please accept the AGBs and click on send:

Awe will then confirm the return. You will receive a E-mail which informs you about the progress.

Pack your items and stick them Shipping label on the parcel or place it inside so that we can allocate it. We cannot process parcels without a sender or details.

Receive your refund

It is best to keep the return receipt issued. We will credit the purchase amount within 14 days of receipt of the parcel.

Team Viking promotes conscious ordering, the environment is very important to us. A flat rate of CHF 10.00 will be deducted from your refund. We use this to offset the CO2 emissions of your return.
