LEONE1947 has stood for Italian boxing tradition, combat sports and distinctive design since 1947. At Vikingstore, you will find a wide selection of original LEONE1947 products for boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai and MMA – from high-quality boxing gloves and protective equipment to boxing apparel, boxing shoes and training accessories.
Vikingstore is an official Swiss distributor of LEONE1947. We bring this traditional Italian combat sports brand directly to athletes, gyms, clubs and combat sports enthusiasts throughout Switzerland.
Italian Boxing Tradition Since 1947
The history of LEONE1947 began in Milan in 1947. Orlando Leone combined his experience in leather craftsmanship with his passion for sport and began producing sporting goods. Boxing quickly became the heart of the brand.
Today, LEONE1947 is an internationally recognised name in boxing and combat sports. In addition to traditional boxing, the range also covers kickboxing, Muay Thai and MMA.
Italian design and tradition are combined with modern materials, functional fits and equipment developed for regular training.
LEONE1947 Boxing Gloves
LEONE1947 is particularly well known for its boxing gloves. The range includes models for beginners and recreational training as well as high-quality gloves for experienced athletes, intensive training, sparring and competition.
Depending on the model, materials, padding, fit and intended use vary. This means you can find everything from your first pair of training gloves to models designed for demanding training sessions.
To protect your hands and wrists, suitable boxing hand wraps and inner gloves are also an essential part of your equipment.
LEONE1947 Protective Equipment
Good protective equipment is just as important in combat sports as good gloves. LEONE1947 offers a variety of solutions for training, sparring and competition.
The range includes shin and foot protection, head guards, mouthguards and groin protection.
The right protective equipment depends on your combat sport, type of training and the applicable competition rules.
LEONE1947 for Boxing, Kickboxing & Muay Thai
LEONE1947 is no longer exclusively at home in traditional boxing.
For boxing, you will find boxing gloves, hand wraps, head guards, boxing apparel, boxing shoes, punching bags and other training equipment.
For kickboxing and Muay Thai, the range includes gloves, shin and foot protection as well as suitable training and competition equipment.
Coaches and clubs can also find focus mitts and strike pads and other equipment for technique, striking and combination training.
LEONE1947 WAKO Competition Equipment
For competitors, LEONE1947 also offers officially approved equipment. At Vikingstore, you will find selected WAKO competition equipment from LEONE1947 for the relevant competition disciplines.
When choosing competition equipment, always make sure that the products meet the current requirements and approvals of your federation and discipline.
Boxing Shoes, Apparel & Training Equipment
The LEONE1947 range includes much more than gloves and protective gear. Boxing and combat sports shoes as well as functional combat sports apparel complete your equipment for training and competition.
For training at home or in the gym, LEONE1947 also offers a variety of training equipment and accessories, including punching bags, focus mitts, strike pads and other combat sports accessories.

Which LEONE1947 Boxing Gloves Are Right for Me?
Not every boxing glove is suitable for every type of training. Your combat sport, training goals, experience and intended use all play an important role.
Different features may be useful for heavy bag and technique training than for intensive sparring or official competition. Boxers, kickboxers and Muay Thai athletes may also have different requirements when choosing their gloves.
If you are unsure which LEONE1947 boxing gloves are right for you, we are happy to help. We don't simply sell you any pair of gloves – we help you find equipment that suits your training and your individual requirements.
