Leone Sport Nerone Classico Boxing Headgear with Nose Bar CSB02

Leone Sport Nerone Classico CSB02 – Handmade Boxing Headgear with Nose Protection

The Leone Sport Nerone Classico CSB02 is an exclusive boxing headguard with a reinforced nose bar, handcrafted in a small workshop in Milan, Italy.

This is where two experienced seamstresses continue the traditional craft of making specialist boxing equipment by hand. The Nerone Classico combines this rare craftsmanship with a carefully designed protective construction for demanding boxing training.

Reinforced Nose Protection for Sparring

The defining feature of the Nerone Classico is its metal-reinforced nose bar, which provides additional coverage for the nose and brow area.

Its construction combines different padding materials:

• Forehead: PU and EVA
• Nose bar: Metal reinforcement with PU padding
• Ears: Additional PU padding

This makes the Nerone Classico particularly interesting for boxers who prefer extra facial coverage during sparring.

Premium Calfskin Leather and Traditional Craftsmanship

The Nerone Classico belongs to the exclusive Leone Sport collection, known for its traditional Italian manufacturing.

The calfskin leather gives this headguard its distinctive premium character, while an antibacterial nylon lining completes the construction.

A combination of hook-and-loop fastening and lacing allows the fit to be adjusted. A secure, comfortable fit is particularly important when choosing boxing headgear with a nose bar.

Exclusively Handmade in a Small Milan Workshop

The Leone Sport Nerone Classico is produced in a small workshop in Milan, where just two skilled seamstresses preserve the traditional techniques required to make these distinctive pieces of boxing equipment.

Each headguard is individually handcrafted to order. Rather than mass production, the focus is on skilled workmanship, careful construction and Italian boxing heritage.

This specialised manufacturing process takes time, so please allow for a longer delivery period.

Who Is the Nerone Classico For?

The Nerone Classico is aimed at dedicated and experienced boxers looking for premium headgear for sparring and boxing training.
