The importance of magnesium during intensive training phases:

Magnesium is one of the essential nutrients for the body and is therefore vital for it. It is a component of numerous enzymes and is involved in many processes in the body, u.a. numerous metabolic processes. Athletes usually recognise magnesium deficiency by muscle cramps and rapid fatigue. A sufficient supply is therefore particularly important for athletes who train intensively, as magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness, fatigue and a normal energy metabolism.

What does ALL STARS MAG 250 Pure Liquid contain?

In addition to 250mg of magnesium per serving, it also contains 120mg of vitamin C, one of the most important vitamins for the body. It is involved in numerous processes in the body, u.a. in building up amino acids and supporting the immune system. The water-based liquid is sweetened with sweetener and fructose. Depending on the flavour, the concentrate contains lemon or cherry juice concentrate as well as flavourings.

The magnesium-vitamin C concentrate MAG 250 can be used during intensive training phases on all days, preferably on non-training days in the morning with breakfast and on training days before or after training. Simply shake the 25ml ampoule briefly, mix with water and drink straight away.
