Es enthält Globuline und Glycomacropeptide, welche als bioaktive Substanzen bezeichnet werden. Ihnen wird ähnlich wie den Probiotika oder den Omega-3-Fettsäuren eine gesundheitsfördernde Eigenschaft zugesprochen. Zudem sind Beta- und Alpha-Lactoglobuline enthalten, die den Säure- und Basenhaushalt regeln und als Energielieferant bezeichnet werden.
Weider's Gold Whey hat einen super Geschmack, lässt sich leicht anrühren, klumpt nicht und wird nicht dick nach dem Anrühren. Das verspricht eine optimale Absorption der Nährstoffe!
Natürlich ist das Produkt Low Fat und Low Carb (wenn mit Wasser angerührt)!

ANWENDUNG
30 g Pulver in 300 ml fettarme Milch (1.5% Fett) oder Wasser einrühren. 1 Portion morgens direkt nach dem Aufstehen und 1 Portion direkt nach dem Training. In der Aufbauphase mit Milch anrühren und ein Stück Obst dazu. In der Definitionsphase mit Wasser anmischen und kein Obst dazu.
