What do the BCAA Mega Caps from All Stars contain and how are they used?

Each single portion consists of 4 Mega Caps, which contain a total of 4000mg BCAA (branched-chain amino acids). Divided into 2000mg L-leucine and 1000mg each of L-valine and L-isoleucine, a ratio (2:1:1) in BCAA supplements that is now tried and tested. Depending on training intensity and requirements, 1 serving can be taken 30 minutes before and/or immediately after training with sufficient liquid. The capsules are gelatine-free, easy to swallow, ideal for transport and easy to dose.
