Ingredients:
For cake tin 22 cm - 15 pieces
6 TBSP Wholemeal spelt flour
- 100 g ground almonds
- 100 g crushed linseed
- 100 g Seed and seed mix
- 30 g Almonds, slightly chopped
- 30 g Tree nuts, chopped
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 1 TSP Salt
- 250 g Low-fat quark
- 8 Protein
- 3 TBSP Seed and nut mixture
Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients up to and including the salt in a large bowl. Add the quark and egg white and knead into a smooth dough using a hand mixer.
- Line the base of the baking tin with baking paper, pour in the dough and sprinkle with the seed and nut mixture.
- Bake in the oven at 180°C hot air (200°C top/bottom heat) for 45 minutes.
- Remove the bread from the oven and leave to cool for 10 minutes.
- Use a knife to remove the bread from the baking tin
