Animal skin soap with neem oil and shea butter

Natural coat care for your pet. My soap for animals is boiled using the traditional cold process and is 100% vegan and free from artificial colours and fragrances. Like all my products, this soap is also free from pam oil. It is simmered with a fur-friendly blend of organic shea butter, virgin coconut oil, castor oil and olive oil.

The soap also contains neem oil. Neem oil has been a favourite in Ayurvedic medicine for hundreds of years. Neem oil is extracted from the seeds of the neem tree. The tree itself originates from the tropical region of India. However, it can now also be found in Asia, Africa, America and Australia.

Neem oil itself consists of many individual substances and is therefore extremely versatile. Neem oil is often used to combat viruses, parasites and pests. Its hair-care properties are particularly appreciated in natural cosmetics.

Application:

Gently rub the soap over the wet coat until a thick lather forms. Now gently massage the coat clean and rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

Weight: 110g fresh weight

All my soaps are handmade and hand-cut, so size, shape and design may vary from bar to bar.

Superfatting: 8% of the oils and fats are retained.

Fragrance

Free from perfume and fragrances.

Tips for extending the life of your soap

Place your soap in a bowl that drains (not flat on the tile or in a non-draining dish!) and make sure it doesn't get wet between uses. This is optional, but it will definitely help your soap last longer.

Water (Aqua), Coconut Oil (Cocos Nucifera Oil), Babasu Oil (Orbignya Oleifera Seed Oil), Olive Oil (Olea Europaea Fruit Oil), Rapeseed Oil (Brassica Campestris Oil), Lye (Sodium Hydroxide), Castor Oil (Ricinus Communis Seed Oil), Almond Oil (Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis Oil), Neem Oil (Melia Azadirachta)

Note: Cats should not come into contact with neem oil.

About me

All my products are handmade by me in very small batches in my studio in St Gallen. My soap is cold process soap, which means that I make the recipe from scratch with full control over all the ingredients. Each bar of soap matures for 4 to 6 weeks. This ensures that all the water has evaporated and results in a harder soap bar that lasts longer.
