Protein concentrates are low in fat and carbohydrates, so they can be used with any diet. Multi-component proteins are a combination of rapidly available proteins (whey protein concentrate/isolate) and slowly utilisable protein (casein/milk protein). The high proportion of branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) can have a muscle-protecting and regeneration-promoting effect. Multi-component proteins are particularly suitable as a meal replacement or as a protein supply before going to bed. It is also very filling as part of a weight-reduced diet.

Our HY-PRO Protein Shake is a delicious creamy protein shake for an additional protein supply between meals or during training. The protein powder can be mixed with milk or water, is very low in calories (a shake of 25g powder mixed with water has less than 100 kcal) and can be used at different times of the day to supplement the protein supply with 20g protein per portion. HY-PRO Protein Shake Powder can also be added to yoghurt, quark, smoothies or morning muesli to provide an extra portion of protein, as well as providing flavour and sweetness. It has also proven itself as a high-protein, low-calorie additive in baking and can be used in cake, biscuit or pancake batter.

The powder is enriched with various B vitamins, vitamins C and E and magnesium. The best nutrients for muscles during intensive training phases, for protein enrichment and additional vitamin supply in an otherwise healthy and balanced diet.
