Each shot contains 1080mg of L-Arginine, an amino acid known for its positive effect on blood flow and muscle building. In addition, they contain 2400mg leucine, 1200mg valine and 1200mg isoleucine - three essential BCAAs that prevent muscle breakdown and promote muscle growth.
An additional energy boost is provided by 750mg glycine and 160mg caffeine per shot. Glycine supports energy production in the muscles and improves endurance during training. The caffeine not only increases your alertness and concentration, but also increases your endurance.

Consumption recommendation
drink 1 shot (60ml) 30 minutes before training. The recommended daily intake of 1 shot must not be exceeded.
