Reflex Ball Boxing Set

The difference between us and the rest: We offer 3 balls, hooks, carrying bag, 2 extra strings, 3 speed levels for you step by step.

Progressive: We recommend starting with the bright red ball 21g which is lighter, after you get used to the movement you are now ready to use the 60g tennis ball, much more speed and weight make sure you start slow and get the speed from there to red and when you go to 90g you are pretty good.

Training at home: it can be used at home in boxing, kickboxing and MMA gyms, any boxer or fighter or even someone who just wants to have fun. Therefore, it comes with 3 different weight balls that show that you can customise accordingly.
