Venum Reflex Ball

The Venum Reflex Ball is an original training accessory that is easy to carry and allows you to develop your coordination and punching precision. Similar equipment used many years ago, athletes such as Vasyl Lomachenko have recently popularised this style of training where you can now find this simple equipment in the training bags of almost all professional boxers.

The concept is simple: a rubber band connects a rubber ball to the holder on your head. You then hit the ball while controlling the intensity and direction of your punches. Using the reflex ball requires no other accessories and is therefore very easy to use wherever you train!

The reflex ball pack contains two rubber balls: each with different resistance to better develop your reflexes and coordination.

The fastening strap is adjustable and elasticated.
