What does the Protein Coffee powder provide?
The protein sources in Protein Coffee are whey protein concentrate and high-purity whey protein isolate and provide your muscles with the best and quickly available protein. Both are combined with instant coffee powder for a coffee flavour. Each shake provides a whopping 21g of protein per 30g of powder mixed with water. If you prefer to mix with low-fat milk, you get even more than 30g. At the same time, the powder contains little fat, hardly any carbohydrates and only a small amount of sugar per portion. With 80mg of caffeine, Protein Coffee still provides an energy boost in the morning, between meals or during training. WHAT IS THIS PRODUCT FOR?
