HOW DO WE FIND THE IDEAL HEAVY PUNCHING BAG FOR OUR OWN HOME?
Many boxers take advantage of the opportunity to train at home by setting up a punching bag in their own four walls. Which punching bag should you buy? Below we have put together a short guide to help those who are unsure.
Boxing
The punching bags are the shortest and are ideal for training the arms, shoulders and torso. There are different variants: Balls and T-bags are ideal for training uppercuts. The water bag simulates the body's reaction to a punch. The classic heavy bag, on the other hand, is perfect for any combination.

Kickboxing and Muay Thai
If you are training for Muay Thai and kickboxing, you will definitely need a long heavy bag to train your entire body, including low kicks. However, if you want to train your knees specifically, a shorter heavy bag is the better choice.

MMA
Mixed martial arts is a comprehensive discipline, which is why we recommend the same guidelines as for kickboxing and Muay Thai. However, if you prefer to train on the ground, our MMA bag is just the thing for you to practise holds and punches on the ground.

SPEED OR POWER? WHICH WEIGHT IS THE RIGHT ONE?
Every punching bag comes in different weight classes. A lighter bag will allow you to work on your speed. It will swing strongly under your punches and help you practice both dodging and hitting. If this is the type of training you're looking for, we recommend a 20 or 30kg punching bag.
A heavier punching bag, on the other hand, is great for training your strength. The bag will swing less and absorb your punches better, allowing you to develop your full strength. If this training is suitable for you, we recommend a bag weighing 40 to 60 kg.

Our punching bags
All our bags are sold and shipped fully padded, with the exception of the water bag. Each bag is equipped with chains (approx. 40 cm long) connected by a givolare. Spring and wall bracket must be purchased separately.

What is the spring for?
The spring, which is attached to the bag, helps to reduce vibrations. In fact, it acts as a perfect shock absorber.
Speedballs and balls are also sold with an inflated inner tube. The holder for the speedball, on the other hand, is an accessory that must be purchased separately.
Caution! Choose the most suitable wall plugs for wall and wall mounting according to the type of wall you have.
