Charging:

Carbox is a powdered drink with a carbohydrate complex. It combines five types of slow, moderate and fast absorbing carbohydrates. It contains maltodextrin, dextrose, sucrose, fructose and corn starch. These sugars have different glycemic indexes, which means that they affect blood sugar levels to a different extent. Due to their different absorption rates, some supply the body with carbohydrates quickly, while others supply it with carbohydrates over a longer period of time.

Charging:

Carbox is also a great companion for regeneration after training. The carbohydrates contained contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after intense and/or prolonged physical effort, which leads to muscle exhaustion and depletion of glycogen stores in the central muscles.*

*This positive effect can be achieved by consuming 4 g of carbohydrates from any source per kg of body weight. This amount should be taken within 4 hours, but no more than 6 hours, of intense and/or prolonged physical effort that leads to muscle fatigue and depletion of central muscle glycogen stores.*
