At some point, every bodybuilder reaches their performance limit; at the latest when the first successes become visible and progress slows down, many people reach a point where they decide whether or not to establish themselves as a true bodybuilder. At this point, perseverance and consistency are required, even if the successes do not materialise - this is where some people fail!
