This is how it works:
We find out more about you and your goals by sending you a questionnaire. We will then discuss everything else in person at our branches or over the phone. You will receive a plan tailored to you and your goals. We also take into account the conditions on site (what equipment and resources are available in your studio or at home). We use this information to draw up the plan for you.
During the three-month follow-up period, we will adapt the plan based on your feedback and experience.
If you wish, you can also book a personal training session at one of our partner studios in St. Gallen or Bern.
