Which muscle do I train when, how often and how? You can optimise your training with a training plan tailored to your individual needs. No matter how much time you have, together we will create the best training plan for you.
On request, the new training plan can be communicated even more intensively through personal training.

This is how it works:
We send you a questionnaire to find out more about you and your goals. We then discuss everything else in person at our branches or over the phone. You will receive a plan tailored to you and your goals. We also take into account the conditions on site (what equipment and resources are available in your studio or at home). We use this information to draw up the plan for you.
During the three-month follow-up, we will adapt the plan based on your feedback and experiences.
If you wish, you can also book a personal training session at one of our partner studios in St. Gallen or Bern.
