Succulent chicken with Mediterranean vegetables

Ingredients:
- 2chicken breast fillets
- 1red pepper
- 1yellow pepper
- 1courgette
- 1red onion
- 2garlic cloves
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Mediterranean spices (z.B. oregano, thyme, rosemary)
- Optional: feta cheese to sprinkle on top
Preparation:
- Wash the vegetables and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Wash the chicken breast fillets, pat dry and cut into strips.
- Heat some olive oil in a pan and fry the chicken strips until they are cooked through. Season with salt, pepper and the Mediterranean spices.
- Add the vegetables to the pan and fry until lightly browned but still firm to the bite.
- Chop the garlic and add to the vegetables, fry briefly.
- Serve the finished chicken with the Mediterranean vegetables on plates and optionally sprinkle with feta cheese.
